Participation fees

The participations fees, that will be paid directly to the hotel, amount to 150 €. They include:

-- the accomodation in the Antigone hotel during the school,
-- the participation to the lectures,
-- the lunches for each lecture day,
-- 2 coffee breaks per lecture day,
-- an excursion,
-- a visit of Montpellier,
-- a banquet with the city of Montpellier,
-- the gala dinner.

The travel and the dinners will be at the participant own expenses.

Admission

The number of participants is restricted to 35. Applicants must fill the application form below by June 8th, 2008.

Besides, we need some documents (written in English) from you to help us in selecting the final participants to the school. Precisely, we would need:

- a short CV (1 or 2 pages maximum);

- a short motivation letter explaining why you are interested in the SIPTA school and/or in IP topics;

- an e-mail from your PhD director, your laboratory/unit/department director simply indicating that he supports your request to participate in the school.

Please note that these documents are absolutely necessary for an acceptance. We will let you know as soon as possible whether your application is accepted or not.

A committee will select the candidates. A letter of confirmation will be sent to accepted participants. All the information concerning the payment of the accomodation will also be sent to the accepted participants.
